No Guarantees of Results:

Recording Policy:

By participating in a session, class, or event (virtual or in-person), you acknowledge and agree that portions may be audio or video recorded for educational, training, or marketing purposes.
Recordings remain the exclusive property of Jennifer Dewees LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify us in advance in writing prior to participation.

Refund and Rescheduling Policy:

All sales for digital courses, products, and private sessions are non-refundable.
Private 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
Failure to provide notice or attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session.

Event, Workshop, and Retreat Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To honor the energy exchange and planning involved, the following terms apply:

More than 45 days before the event start date: 75% of your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future retreat or online course.
15–45 days before the event: 50% of your payment may be applied as credit toward a future retreat or online course.
Less than 15 days before the event: Payments are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future offerings.

If Jennifer Dewees LLC cancels an event or retreat, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events):

In the event that Jennifer Dewees LLC is unable to perform or deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, illness, injury, government restrictions, strikes, labor disputes, pandemic-related shutdowns, travel interruptions, or other emergencies—Jennifer Dewees LLC shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or loss.

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any service, retreat, or event impacted by such circumstances. When possible, payments will be credited toward a future offering.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these rare and unforeseeable situations.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennifer Dewees LLC disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries—direct or indirect—arising out of or related to:
