You may be carrying experiences that have left you feeling disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you’ve held back your voice, questioned your worth, or felt there must be more available to you.

My work brings together intuitive channeling, energy work, sound healing, and guided meditation. I hold space for you to explore what feels ready to shift and deepen your connection with your soul, your inner wisdom, and the Divine.

 

Space to Feel, Release, and Reconnect

Each experience unfolds through conversation, intuitive guidance, and the practices we share. There is room for stillness, emotion, reflection, and discovery.

You decide what you share and what you participate in. You don’t need to revisit painful experiences or force anything to happen. We honor your pace and your boundaries.

At the heart of this work is an invitation to reconnect with the power within you—to trust yourself, express your truth, and explore what you want to create moving forward.

 

In-Person Groups and Retreats

I feel especially drawn to bringing people together in person.

Through energy work, sound healing, and guided meditations, we create space for personal exploration alongside the connection of a shared experience.

Meditations may invite you to explore higher realms and deepen your connection with your soul and higher self, while making space to ground and reflect afterward.

Retreats will offer more time for these practices, with breathwork potentially led by a guest facilitator.

 

One-on-One Sessions

Individual sessions offer personal space to explore what’s present in your life. We may work with intuitive guidance, energy work, or meditation, depending on what we agree feels right for you.

Messages from Guides, Angels, or loved ones in Spirit may arise naturally during our work. Every session is different, and particular messages or experiences cannot be promised.
